The M4 is also accessible in about 5 minutes from the house getting to Cardiff in 15 minutes and Bristol in 30-40 minutes.
I have three double rooms available, fully furnished and very recently decorated. The rooms vary in size and are priced to match.
Although I am a live-in-landlord, you will have your own separate kitchen and bathroom facilities and will rarely see me as I live in a separate area of the house.
Rent is inclusive of all bills and includes ultra-fast up to 900mb wifi.
