One furnished double room available in a friendly, relaxed flat. The room includes a small double ottoman bed with built-in storage, a bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers*, and Wi-Fi access.
About the Flat
-All bills included.
-A cleaner attends approximately once every three to four weeks. The cost is shared equally between the tenants (myself and the other occupant).
-On-street parking is available. While spaces are subject to availability, I've never had any issues finding a spot.
-Friendly neighbours and a quiet area
-I've only recently moved in and am currently renovating the living room and balcony. Both spaces are fully usable and presentable, and all other rooms are complete and ready.
About Me
I work in Bristol from 9am to 5pm on weekdays, with occasional home working. I also work Saturdays from 9am to 7pm most weekends. I'm very close with my family, who live in Bristol, and I spend a lot of my free time visiting them, at the gym or on an unnecessary side-quest.
Location
The flat is ideally located, less than a five-minute drive from the motorway and approximately 30 minutes from both Bristol and Cardiff in normal traffic conditions. It offers a great balance of convenience and accessibility while still being in a friendly residential area.
*Please note that 2 bedside tables are pictured, though one will be replaced with a wardrobe. Duvet covers and pillow cases will be provided by tenant.
