Hello I have a lovely, bright, double bedroom that will become available from 1st November 2026. The property is a large 4 bedroom Edwardian house. It's a beautiful house and its coming together well. It has 2 bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. Currently myself and one other lodger is living at the property. We are professional, very clean, tidy and respectful people. Ideally I would prefer a lodger who works like myself. I would only like two lodgers (so a total of two lodgers and myself) living at the property. The price includes all bills and Wifi. :)
