We DO NOT CHARGE A DEPOSIT just FIRST MONTH and PARTIAL LAST MONTH. Discounts are possible for more paid up front. The house has recently been repainted, and continuously maintained.

The bathrooms include two showers and a bathtub, with a back patio, parking is at the back of the house.
There is a washing machine.
