There is a large house upstairs and a 2-bed flat downstairs.

DOWNSTAIRS (THE VIDEO) SHOWS a SEPARATE 2-bed flat for TWO INDIVIDUALS OR a FAMILY/couple, with your own private kitchen, 2 beds, and two loos and a shower. The entire 2-bed flat is £1220 for one family, or £610 per room for two individuals,

UPSTAIRS HAS 3 doubles left. Prices are £610 FOR A SINGLE PERSON IN A DOUBLE ROOMS UPSTAIRS or £750 for a couple (room for one more couple) also UPSTAIRS.

To be clear,
COUPLES ROOMS WHEN AVAILABLE ARE £750 PER MONTH, WITH DISCOUNTS FOR MORE PAID UP FRONT for all tenants..
NO DEPOSIT!! Just up front rent is required.

Minimum up front payment is two months (for a 6-month contract), so the reservation fee is just the first and partial last month. The up front payment is NOT A DEPOSIT, Just rent and partial rent. Our tenants love that there is no deposit, just upfront rent. Many tenants tell us that landlords have kept part or ALL of their deposits, so we avoid that risk by not having deposits.

In the main house, there are TWO SHOWERS, ONE BATH TUB AND TWO SEPARATE TOILETS. The rooms and the house are LARGE, BRIGHT AND SPOTLESS.

With a very light and airy lounge, there is a kitchen with all mod cons, including two microwaves. There is also a washing machine with an outside seating area at the back of the house.

For clarity and the avoidance of doubt, the single people in DOUBLE ROOMS are £610 per calendar month. Couples are £750 for two sharing ONE double room.
