DOWNSTAIRS (THE VIDEO) SHOWS a 2-bed flat for a couple, your own private kitchen, 2 beds, and two loos and a shower.

UPSTAIRS IN THE DOUBLES -
£585 FOR SINGLE PEOPLE IN DOUBLE ROOMS UPSTAIRS.
COUPLES ROOMS WHEN AVAILABLE ARE £725 PER MONTH, WITH DISCOUNTS FOR MORE PAID UP FRONT for all tenants.. Minimum up front payment is two months (for a 6-month contract), so its first and partial last month. The up front payment is NOT A DEPOSIT, Just rent and partial rent. Our tenants love that there is no deposit, just upfront rent.

There is room for just one more couple upstairs. All the other double beds are normally for single people at £585 per month. (£725 for couples).

There are TWO SHOWERS, ONE BATHTUB AND TWO SEPARATE TOILETS. The rooms and the house are LARGE, BRIGHT AND SPOTLESS.

With a very light and airy lounge, there is a kitchen with all mod cons, including two microwaves. There is also a washing machine, and a dryer along with an outside seating area at the back of the house.

The single people in DOUBLE ROOMS are £585 per calendar month. Couples price is £725 For two sharing ONE double room, we HAVE ROOM FOR ONLY ONE MORE COUPLE.
