UPSTAIRS IN THE DOUBLES -
£580 FOR SINGLE PEOPLE IN DOUBLE ROOMS UPSTAIRS.
COUPLES ROOMS WHEN AVAILABLE ARE £730 PER MONTH, WITH DISCOUNTS FOR MORE PAID UP FRONT for all tenants.. Minimum up front payment is two months (for a 6-month contract), so its first and partial last month. The up front payment is NOT A DEPOSIT, Just rent and partial rent. Our tenants love that there is no deposit, just upfront rent.

There are TWO SHOWERS, ONE BATHTUB AND TWO SEPARATE TOILETS. The rooms and the house are LARGE, BRIGHT AND SPOTLESS.
