PRIVATE. SOME BILLS INCLUDED. Council tax (BAND d) is paid by the landlord!!! WIFI ALSO PAID BY THE LANDLORD. Water and electric contributions are the only bills paid by the tenants in the flat,

A single family is £1,200 per month,

Otherwise, Single people in a double room is £610 per month and couples are £750 per month.

NO DEPOSIT, JUST UP FRONT FIRST AND PARTIAL LAST MONTH. Our tenants love this because often landlords do not return deposits. We avoid this problem by NOT HAVING DEPOSITS. We just charge rent.
