Strictly a (university) student is wanted to fill in a furnished cosy single room of five with an en suite and a shared kitchen in a central student accommodation. It is near to amenities and Bangor University.
Amongst the current tenants there are future medics.
Unfortunately it is a single occupancy.
The room is available immediately until 30/05/2027. The tenancy can be extended further next year.
Deposit and application via VarCity Living is required (ideally with a guarantor which is reducing the amount of the deposit needed).
Weekly rent is approximately £138.67 if the room is taken for 10 full months: from 01/09/26 until 30/05/27.
Electricity, gas, water and wi-fi is included in the rent. The tenant pays Council Tax, TV licence and telephone bill (if used).
