The room is available immediately until 30/06/2027. The tenancy can be extended further next year.
Deposit and application via Varcity Living Ltd is required (ideally with a guarantor which is reducing the amount of the deposit needed).
Weekly rent is £135. Electricity, gas, water and broadband are included in the rent. The tenant pays TV licence and telephone bill (if used). Council Tax isn't a payable cost as this is a student-only let.
