I’m looking for a friendly, respectful housemate to share my home in the heart of beautiful Beaumaris.

The house has a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere and would suit someone looking for somewhere to genuinely feel at home rather than a typical busy house share.

### About the House

The house is clean, comfortable and fully furnished, with a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and outdoor space. Fast fibre broadband and all household bills are included.

I live at the house with my Border Collie, Ziggy. My partner Charlotte also stays here from time to time, although her work and other commitments mean she’s regularly away and won’t be at the house all the time.

We’re both laid-back and friendly and like the house to have a relaxed, homely atmosphere. I’m very happy having a chat and being sociable when it happens naturally, while equally respecting everyone’s space and independence. It’s definitely not a party house, and generally it’s a pretty peaceful place to live.

I’m also away periodically with work and other commitments, so there will be times when you have plenty of space and the house largely to yourself.

Ziggy is a well-behaved Border Collie who loves people and enjoys plenty of walks. If you like dogs, that’s definitely a bonus! Please bear this in mind if you have a dog allergy.

### Location

The house is within easy walking distance of Beaumaris town centre, the seafront, cafés, restaurants, shops and local amenities. Menai Bridge, Bangor and the A55 are all within easy reach, making it well located for commuting or studying.

### Who I’m Looking For

Professionals and students are both welcome.

More important than what you do is finding someone who is **friendly, tidy, considerate and easy to live with**, and who will treat the house as a home rather than simply somewhere to sleep.

I’m laid-back about having friends or a partner visit and occasionally stay over — I’d just expect it to be kept reasonable and considerate of everyone sharing the house. The room itself is for **single occupancy**, so it wouldn’t be suitable for a couple looking to live together permanently.

I may also be open to someone with a dog, provided they’re well behaved and get along well with Ziggy.
