Spacious double room available in a friendly owner-occupied home in the heart of Beaumaris.

The house is in a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk to Beaumaris town and around 7 minutes from the pier, with beautiful coastal walks right on the doorstep.

A little about me: I’m 41, a professional and split my time between working from home and working away, so I’m not in the house all the time. I also have a friendly, part-time Border Collie called Ziggy, who stays with me some of the time.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, considerate and easy to live with. Ideally you’ll work mainly away from home, although occasional or full-time remote working is absolutely fine for the right person.

Initially you’ll only be sharing the house with me. There is a possibility that the third bedroom may be let in the future. If that happens, your rent will reduce accordingly.

The room is available from [insert date]. Minimum stay is 6 months, with the possibility of staying longer by mutual agreement.
