PET and SINGLE PERSON WELCOME. Fantastic double bedroom with YOUR OWN WALK IN SHOWER ROOM, and own entrance, off road parking. There are stunning views over the Bangor Pier, the Menai Strait and Snowdonia from the front patio/garden.

From the bedroom, there is a view of a private back garden patio with bbq. With a kitchen diner and separate utility room with washing machine, dryer, fridge freezer and separate freezer (PLUS ANOTHER FRIDGE FREEZER IN THE KTICHEN); you would have your own entrance to the house, gardens also surround the back, side and front of the house. Great space for a dog or cat.. The views over the sea, pier and Snowdonia are amasing.

There is currently room for one off road car in the drive, and multiple off road spaces on and off the road (latter on grass).

With a walk-in wet room for your private use, this is the only room to rent in the house. You would have your own entrance and there are three (yes 3!) doors separating the lovely double bedroom from the rest of the house. I live alone, with my own bathrooms, and in a separate part of the house. We would share the kitchen and part of the utility room, and you would have your own access and use of the beautiful bedroom (new carpet/paint), and walk in wet room.

The house has loads of cupboard space, a very comfortable double bed and is all fully and newly furnished and re-decorated. I am looking for one person to look after the house as if it were their own. The house has fast and unlimited broadband, all bills are included in the rental price.

I would suggest that once you view this property you will fall in love with it. It is 0.5 miles to the local Llandegfan shop and on the local bus route, and 1.8 miles from Menai Bridge.

Upfront rent is month 1 (£945) plus the last month month 6 or 12 (£940), for a total of £1,885 to move in; our tenants love this because it means there is no deposit, a deposit that many landlords (not us) either keep or reduce at the end of your stay. We eliminate the risk of losing your deposit by not having one! We know that deposits is one of the top two disputes between tenants and landlords.

If we progress, there are ways to significantly reduce the rent, eg, by paying 6 months or 12 months up front (bigger discount for 12-months paid up front); further reductions in the rent after month 1 are made to ensure the remaining payments are not deposits. I can explain all of this, if we progress.
