PETS WELCOME. Fantastic double bedroom with OWN WALK IN SHOWER ROOM, and own entrance, off road parking, with stunning views over the Bangor Pier, Menai Strait and Snowdonia from the front balcony. From the room, there is a view of a private garden. With a kitchen diner and separate utility room with washing machine, dryer, fridge freezer and separate freezer there is a porch, back patio/small garden and front area for gazing out over the Menai Strait and Snowdonia. There is a shed available. There is offroad parking for cars, including a private offroad space and plenty of room off the road in front of the house. With a walk-in wet room for your private use, this is the only room we rent in the house. You would have your own entrance and there are three (yes 3!) doors separating the room from the rest of the house. I live alone, with my own bathrooms, and in a separate part of the house. We would share the kitchen and utility room, and you would have your own access and use of the bedroom and walk in wet room.

The house has loads of cupboard space, a very comfortable double bed and is all fully and newly furnished and re-decorated. I am looking for one person to look after the house as if it were their own. The house has fast and unlimited broadband, all bills included in the rental price.

I would suggest that once you view this property you will fall in love with it. It is 0.5 miles to the local Llandegfan shop and on the local bus route, and 1.8 miles from Menai Bridge.
