Double room for rent in house

The room is on the 3rd floor of a large 9 bedroom house and has a small shared kitchenette and bathroom attached, which is separate from the main house. The floor has 3 rooms on it and you can either rent the whole space (price negotiable) or one room which is the current price.

There is another large house kitchen on the ground floor, and a nice small sunny garden out back.

I live alone and my kids visit every other week for the week, and also my partner most weekends. There's an Airbnb as part of the same property, but in a separate annex of the house so you wouldn't see them, and they have a separate entrance, (it's a big house).

I'm very creative and have built most of the house myself, and work as a builder and writer. I have a PhD so combine academic work with practical creative stuff. I also work in events and production.
