Double room for rent in house

The room is on the 3rd floor of a large house and has al shared kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, which is separate from the main house. The floor has two connected rooms on it, so one could be a lounge and the other a bedroom, or two rooms with double beds. One of the rooms has a shower area in it.

I live in the main house and this is an annex to that house. There's an Airbnb ensuite as part of the same annex but on the floor below. Those guests will have acce6to the same kitchen.

I'm very creative and have built most of the house myself, and work as a builder and writer. I have a PhD so combine academic work with practical creative stuff. I also work in events and production.
