Since the video the entire downstairs has been re-tiled, and there is very recent all new carpet in the halls, stairs and landings and all but two rooms. So you can ignore the carpet in the (video) of the common areas as it has all been recently renewed. The lounge layout is also different.

At the lower end of the high street in Menai Bridge (by the fire station), it is conveniently located next to great amenities including across the car park (GP surgery and Pharmacy).
