Room to rent in house share in Penmaenpool just outside of Dolgellau - car would be needed to get to Dolgellau, free parking available outside of house.

Currently a single mattress in the bedroom but a small double mattress/bed could fit in the room. 2 bathrooms on property so bathroom pictured would be as an en suite. Large spacious kitchen, kitchen and living room shared. Also a large utilities room with washing machine and storage. Garden and patio.

Current flatmate is 23 year old female working professional. Looking for a clean, tidy, working flatmate (preferably female).

Rent is £300 per month, bills (council tax, electricity, water) add up to max £250 a month so altogether rent and bills would be a max of £550 a month. £300 deposit.
