A warm cosy welcome awaits you at Llys Ifor. I have a double room (with king size bed), a single room with 4’ bed, and a twin/ double available. . The stay is Monday to Friday (although some contractors who need occasional weekends is fine). Single/ Double / twin room £140 per week £520 per month for one person or £180 per week £750 per month for two people . Recently renovated, Llys Ifor has all mod cons, whilst retaining the character of an old cottage. I have had house guests wherever I live for years and enjoy making you feel welcome for your stay. Things are informal and friendly, but you always have the privacy of your room. Snowdon is in full view on a clear day, and there are good views across to the Menai Straits. Shared kitchen and living space, and a shared public bathroom and shower room. My only expectation of house guests is they clean up in the bathroom and kitchen as they go, leaving things as they find them, so it is tidy for any other guests! The village is rural and has a few bus services. But it might be easier for someone with their own transport as the buses are limited.
