Double or single room available in my 3 bed proper

I have a double or single spare room in my 3 bed terrace house in Valley, Anglesey. Very convenient for the A55 and train station. I am looking for one person to share with me either in a single or double room. Both rooms are comfortable and furnished. Share of small kitchen, bathroom, dining/lounge and garden. On street parking.
I'm close to beautiful beaches and cycle paths and a 40 min drive to Snowdonia.
I work locally at a campsite and independent hostel. I like to cook garden and walk . I enjoy listening to music (radio 6) and going to gigs.
Room would suit someone looking for temporary accommodation 3 to 6months or a mature student for full academic year. I can be flexible on this. I will consider well behaved pet.
