Hi. I have an empty room I thought I would rent out to a Monday to Friday student or professional. You have a king sized bed a walk in wardrobe and en-suite and use of all the facilities plus your own TV in your room for streaming. All bill’s are included and a cleaner comes here every week to change bed clothes and clean all the flat. All bed clothes are provided.(Cleaning bill included in rent)
I’m in construction so I’m away most of the day. I have kids at the weekend so Monday to Friday only. I’m a quite family man. DBS cleared. Non smoker, very rarely drink. Room is definitely worth a look.
Must be a DBS cleared tenant.
