The accommodation is south facing, private and is light and airey. There is an outside terrace area which can be used for bbqs etc. There is ample off street convenient parking. Unfortunately no students, professional ideally persons please.

There is a utility surcharge of £35 in the summer and for the winter months (November - April ) the surcharge is £45 per person per month (£70/£90) respectively per couple per month.
