Hi, I have a good sized double bedroom that I am looking to rent out in my 3 bedroom town house.
Please note this is a Monday to Friday ONLY let. Though you can leave items in the room on weekends.
You would be sharing the house with me & my 2 very friendly cats.
The room is fully furnished and you would have sole use of the family bathroom in the week, on the same floor as the bedroom.
Parking is available on the drive. And there is a garden.
The house is close to the A331 so good access to M3, A31 & A3. Also fairly close to Aldershot & Ash Railway Station.
Would consider full time and short term lets but rent would be higher.
