Double room in Aldershot

I have a 3-bed terraced house with a garden and parking outside. It’s situated in a quiet area with access to heathland 5 mins walk.
The room currently has a double bed and 2 bedside tables. (Space for chest of drawers/hanging rail or similar if you have one!) Own bedding will need to be provided.

The house is 10 minutes walk into the town centre (with train station) and close to supermarkets. There are also good bus links nearby.

I work as a nutritional therapist (some remote work) and do some part-time teaching.. I own a horse so he takes up quite a lot of my time! I also like walking, yoga and gardening.
I would like a lodger who is quiet, tidy, clean, and respectful.. I am happy to socialise or share some communal space on occasions but often need to use my lounge area in evenings for working.
I own a cat, who is very friendly, so someone who likes animals is important.
