Double room in Aldershot.

I have a 3 bed terraced house with a garden and parking outside.
The room has a double bed and 2 bedside tables. (Space for chest of drawers or similar if you have one!)
The house is 10 minutes walk into the town centre (with train station) and close to supermarkets. There are also good bus links nearby.
I work as a part time teacher and am also studying and do some remote work so usually home 2 days a week. I own a horse so he takes up quite a lot of my time! I also like walking, yoga and gardening.
I would like a lodger who is quiet, tidy, clean, and respectful.. I am happy to socialise or share some communal space on occasions but need to use my lounge/study area a lot of the time in evenings.
I also own a cat who is very friendly!
