Huge En-suite Room - Augusta Park

Welcome to our a lovely detached house situated on Augusta Park in Andover. We have a two top floor loft style en-suite rooms available early July.

The rooms comes furnished with a bed, fridge freezer and a generously sized wardrobe and bathroom. All bills included!

There is a lovely large kitchen with modern appliances and everything you could need. Additionally the house has a private locked garden which includes a stylish summer house providing additional communal space to relax in.

The house is based in Augusta Park which is only a 5 minutes drive from Andover Centre and Train Station with a direct train going into London Waterloo. Located down a private road there is ample parking at the front of the property.

Our tenants enjoy an excellent standard of living because we maintain our houses well and carefully recruit new housemates. If you become our tenant, you will have a lovely, restful home to live in and great housemates to spend time with as you want. Every housemate is a working professional who's friendly and easy going, having been recruited by us personally (no agents!).

Please note that all our rooms are for single occupancy only.

The all-inclusive rent covers all bills (council tax, utilities, broadband, etc.)

We actively manage all of our houses to keep them up to spec and we're always on-call to sort out any issues as quickly as possible.
