Use of all facilities. Close to bus stop and Tesco express. Sorry but no male visitors as it caused problems in the past. Shoes off on entry too please. Would suit sociable, tidy and respectful person.
There is no bath here as it has walk in shower.
All cigarette smoking to be done outside thanks.
I have had female lodgers for the past 15 years simply because they are more respectful, cleaner, quieter and a lot easier to get along with and don't take the Mick. . I also spend a lot of time away in the summer so I need a person who Is conscious of shutting Windows and locking the doors before going out. I am not looking for someone that works from home or a night shift worker. Thankyou.
