Built by a well-known local builder, the house is large and extremely comfortable with new up to date, fresh fixtures and fittings. Broadband, washing machine, dishwasher, large cooking range are available and there is a small garden with terrace. 3 parking spaces. Within easy reach of the A303 and towns such as Salisbury, Winchester and Basingstoke. Am happy to offer both full week let and Monday-Friday let depending on individual circumstances. The room is now equipped with a double rather than a single bed but looks as in the picture.
