👋 Landlord Transition – What to Expect:
I’m currently the live-in landlord, but I will be moving to Cornwall on 2nd February 2026, at which point I’ll become a live-out landlord.
From 8th November 2025, you’ll be living with the existing lodger and myself (in the box room)
I’ll remain in the property until 2nd February 2026, providing a smooth handover
After I move out, the box room will remain empty, although I may occasionally return for short visits — these would be brief, infrequent, and with prior notice
Long-term setup: just two lodgers in the house, with a landlord living off-site
