We are both relaxed and friendly and would like someone who is on the same page, is used to living in a shared space, and is clean and tidy. I have a Hungarian Vizsla who is well behaved in the house but he is a big dog and still quite young so you will need to be dog friendly!
The property has a comfortable lounge with tv and a modern kitchen with all amenities including washing machine & dishwasher.
All bills and household items included in rent. There is also off road parking behind the property and use of the garden with patio area & bbq.
Sorry but the property is not suitable for couples or for anyone with kids or pets.
