The bungalow is spacious, has a huge garden, off road parking and space in the garage for bikes, etc.

It has a family bathroom and a separate shower room which is prioritised for the lodger. The communal areas of the house are cleaned fortnightly. The family lounge is not included except when we are on holiday or away.

It’s 2 minutes walk from Moors Valley and Ringwood forest. Fantastic location for all weather running and cycling in the forest. Parkrun on Saturday mornings. The Castlemain trail runs at the end of the road with off road cycling/walking access to Ringwood and west moors.

Very well located for access to Ringwood, Southampton, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole being close to the A31 and A338.

We are a professional couple in our 40s who enjoy keeping fit and healthy - running, hiking, skiing, etc. My son (age 9) stays with us half the time. We have a small and very friendly short haired cat who will want to vet applicants for suitability!
