The annex, which has its own door and extends to approx 450 sq ft, is located at the rear of the property and backs onto a large 1 acre garden.

The main house is occupied by a friendly family although due to the self contained nature of the annex, interaction is likely to be minimal.

The annex is fully furnished with a kingsize bed, bedding, storage/ wardrobe, tea making facilities, microwave, toaster and fridge. It does not have a 'kitchen', however.

It is ensuite with a shower room/ sink.

Rent is inclusive of all bills and the room will be cleaned and bedding/ towels changed on a bi-weekly basis.
