The annex is located at the rear of the property backing onto a large garden approaching 1 acre. The annex is accessed via its own door. It is a large room extending to approximately 450 sq ft.

The main house is occupied by a friendly family although due to the self contained nature of the annex, interaction is likely to be minimal.

The annex is fully furnished with a kingsize bed, new mattress, bedding, storage/ wardrobe, tea making facilities, microwave, toaster and fridge. It does not have a 'kitchen', however.

It is ensuite with a shower room/ sink.

The room will be cleaned and bedding/ towels changed on a weekly basis.

Rent is inclusive of all bills.
