I have a very spacious comfortable furnished double room in a non-smoking, friendly, open-minded household in Basingstoke.
The room is for single occupancy, and I am specifically seeking a female as there is currently another female living in the house who would prefer to share with the same.

(This is not a typical house-share filled with random people coming and going, but the opportunity for you to lodge in your own space, in the safety of an owner-occupied residence.)

The room is furnished, featuring a double bed, bedside tables, large wardrobe with plenty of hanging and drawer space, a dressing table with more drawers, plus a desk and chair.
It is situated on a separate upper floor with just one other bedroom, and a bathroom/toilet immediately outside. (Almost an en-suite!)
You have use of the kitchen which is located on the floor immediately below (including electric hob and oven, microwave, washing machine, plus your own cupboard storage and separate fridge-freezer).
All utility bills, council tax, etc are included.

It is a two minute walk to local shops: Tesco, Post Office and General Stores, Pharmacy, Fish'n'chip/Chinese, Hairdressers, Bookmakers, and local Pubs.
It is a 10-15 minute walk into Basingstoke Town Centre, and to the Bus and Railway stations.
There are regular buses to town, Chineham Business Park, and surrounding areas.
There is plenty of parking outside, and good road links to M3, M4, A30/303.

Please note - I have a (well-behaved and friendly) Border Collie dog, so unfortunately would not be able to accommodate other dogs, cats, etc.
