Smart modern room

Hi, I’m Lara, and at the moment I’m just putting out feelers for when my current lodger moves out in February. I’m in no hurry to re-let the room, and I’m looking for the right person.
Ideally I am looking for someone who needs the room part time or who will be working a lot. My current lodger works on a shift pattern and goes home between shifts. If full time is required, then the rent would probably be higher. Rent is also negotiable downwards for the right person.

The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. It is decorated to a high standard, and has a lot of potential storage space. You’re welcome to make it your own using the picture hooks provided.
There is plenty of on street parking.

I sometimes work from home, maintain my home to a high standard, and I would say my space is a calm environment. I’m all about the Hygge! I rarely have guests over - I generally go out to socialise.

I tend to like my own space, and unfortunately I cannot accommodate anyone else who works from home. The house is only big enough for one person on conference calls!

There is only one bathroom, but I’m in no way high maintenance and I barely spend any time in it so sharing shouldn’t be a problem if you are also the same.

I’m initially looking for short term let with the option to offer long term for the right person. Let’s trial a month first and see how things go :) my current lodger has been with me for 2 years but has been offered a job closer to home
