I am looking for friendly, clean, quiet, tidy, honest person to share house, decorated to a nice standard in Lychpit. Tends to socialise outside rather than partying at home so chilled living space… Friendly, trustworthy environment. Visitor can stay over on a Friday or Saturday. Otherwise single occupancy.

Happy to share keeping kitchen tidy, bathroom & shower dry, clean and tidy and share hoovering of stair and small hall weekly. Contribute to buying shared bathroom toilet rolls etc/ kitchen roll, soap, bin liners etc. usual necessities if used.

Food to be eaten in dining area downstairs and nice garden to sit out in summer. Pretty close to Waitrose, Tesco Chineham and Town. 25 minute walk, buses available but 5 min drive so ideal for someone who drives. Parking available on driveway.

Short 10 minute walk from Tesco express and 15 mins walk to main Chineham shops. Parking also included. A must see for the right housemate 😊
