Happy to share keeping kitchen tidy, bathroom & shower dry, clean and tidy and share hoovering of stair and small hall weekly. Contribute to buying shared bathroom toilet rolls etc/ kitchen roll, soap, bin liners etc. usual necessities if you use them.

No hot food in bedroom, but there is a dining area downstairs and nice garden to sit out in summer. Pretty close to Waitrose, Tesco Chineham and Town. 25 minute walk, buses available but 5 min drive so ideal for someone who drives. Parking available.

Short 10 minute walk from Tesco express and 15 mins walk to main Chineham shops. Parking also included.
