The room is located on the 1st Floor (3 floors total) and you will have access to the large main bathroom with a bath and shower. The room is right next to shared bathroom. Downstairs toilet also available if you need. Locks are fitted on all doors to keep your things secure. Wi-fi boosters throughout the house so you'll get excellent wireless signal. Lots of lighting with dimmer switches in the bedroom and SMART lighting throughout common areas which you'll have access to if you'd like. Brand new mattress. Has a very large built in wardrobe and space under bed if required. Desk and chest of draws included.

Location:

Situated in Sherbourne St Johns next to Chineham and Old Basing and is only 5 minutes from Basingstoke Town. Tesco express a minutes walk. 2 bus stops minutes walk away.

Ample parking on road. There is always spaces.

Overall I'm relaxed and easy going and I respect other peoples boundaries and preferences. I generally keep things clean and tidy and I ask that others do the same. I ask that others be respectful and treat my place as if it were their own. If you have that attitude I'll go out of my way to make you feel like it is. I also respect your privacy so if you're the sort of person who keeps to themselves, ill respect that. I'm equally happy to kick back and socialise when the occasion arises. Personally I like a balance between the two. I like my food so if we like the same foods we could come to some arrangement with cooking dinner etc.

Seeking PROFESSIONALS ONLY. Current employment references and previous housing references must be provided to my satisfaction, whether that be verbal or in writing. I'm looking for someone long term so a minimum stay of 6 months preferably 12. I'm also open to weekday lodging only, so weekends at reduced rent can be discussed. A lodging agreement will need to be signed that suits both parties. Strictly no couples and guests are only permitted with my permission. Generally I do not allow pets however there are exceptions for small, quiet ones but no dogs or cats etc. A deposit equivalent to the room rent and first month's rent is required up front.
