Downstairs toilet also available if needed. Locks are fitted on all doors to keep your things secure. Wi-fi boosters throughout the house so you'll get excellent wireless signal. Lots of lighting with dimmer switches in the bedroom and SMART lighting throughout common areas which you'll have access to if you'd like. Brand new mattress. Very large built in wardrobe and extra space under bed if required. Desk, chest of draws, mirror etc included also.
Location:
Situated in Sherbourne St Johns next to Chineham and Old Basing and is only 5 minutes from Basingstoke Town. Tesco express is a minutes walk. 2 bus stops minutes walk away. The area is very peaceful and quiet.
Parking:
Ample parking on road. There is always spaces.
House/Kitchen/Common Areas/Amenities:
Living Room has Full Sky Package. Super fast half Gigabit Broadband. Smart lights and heating etc throughout the common areas.
Entire house has been decorated throughout. Recent kitchen, new showers, fittings and fixtures, appliances, shaver sockets in bathrooms etc. New carpets on stairs and landings.
Big kitchen so generally two people can cook at the same time or work out a routine. Will also have another fridge/freezer if you need more space for food.

I ask that others be respectful and treat my place as if it were their own. If you have that attitude I'll go out of my way to make you feel like it is. I also respect your privacy so if you're the sort of person who keeps to themselves, ill respect that. I'm equally happy to kick back and socialise when the occasion arises. Personally I like a balance between the two.
Seeking PROFESSIONALS PREFERABLY. Current employment references and previous housing references may be required be to my satisfaction, whether that be verbal or in writing. Ideally I'm looking for someone long term so a minimum stay of 3-6 months preferably 12. I'm also open to weekday lodging only, so if you are away at the weekend reduced rent can be discussed. A lodging agreement will need to be signed that suits both parties. Strictly no couples and guests are only permitted with my permission. Generally I do not allow pets however there are exceptions for small, quiet ones but no dogs or cats etc. A months deposit equivalent to the room rent and first month's rent is required prior to moving in.
