A bright furnished single room is available in my end of terrace house in very close proximity to the town centre ( 8 minute walk to town and very close to BCOT.

All bills are inclusive of the rent.

The room comes with a single divan bed with a very comfortable memory foam mattress , 2 bedside units and a double built in wardrobe with lots of storage space. The room also comes with a 32” Samsung smart tv fixated to the wall and also a Netflix subscription ( inc. in the rent ).

Also you would have your own large fridge /frezzer located in the utility so there would be no need to share with me 🙂. I have also upgraded my broadband recently to a super fast full fibre of 1000mbps.
