Single Room to Rent – in quiet village North Walth

A comfortable, fully furnished single room available for one person, featuring a double bed with a comfortable mattress. If you prefer a single bed, I’m happy to arrange this for you. You are also welcome to bring your own furniture if you wish.

The room includes:

- Comfortable double bed (can be changed to a single bed upon request)
- Smart TV
- Additional furniture
- Fresh bedding, including sheets, duvet and pillows
- Towels provided
- All Bills
- 1 car park space

Shared facilities:
The house has a medium-sized, fully equipped English-style kitchen with everything you need for everyday living, including:

- Washing machine with dryer
- Dishwasher
- Oven and microwave
- Large fridge

There is also a spacious garden, providing a lovely outdoor area to relax and enjoy some fresh air.

Flexible and fair rental terms:

- No deposit required.
- I believe in treating everyone with respect and giving people the freedom to make their own decisions.
- You are free to move out whenever you need to, provided you give one week's notice.
- Overnight guests are welcome. An additional charge of £10 per night applies for any guest staying overnight.

I aim to provide a comfortable, friendly and respectful home where everyone can feel at ease.

Please note:
Living Room & Home Cinema
The living room is primarily the homeowner’s private space and is not included as part of the room rental. However, you are very welcome to enjoy the home cinema system in the living room by prior arrangement and with mutual respect for each other’s privacy and personal space.
