Double Room Available in Friendly, Quiet Home

A spacious double room is available in a clean, friendly three-bedroom house shared with two working professionals.

We’re looking for someone who would like to make this their home, rather than simply rent a room.

The house is currently shared by a hardworking Polish woman who is clean, tidy and active, and a 46-year-old British man who works full-time Monday to Friday. There are also two young children who stay regularly, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable around children and respectful of a family home.

We’re both easy-going and friendly, but we also really value a peaceful and respectful atmosphere. This is not a party house. During the week, things are usually quiet by around 10:30–11pm.

Ideally, we’re looking for someone who is:

* Clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces
* Friendly and considerate
* Working or has a stable daily routine
* Comfortable around children
* A non-smoker, preferably
* Not into heavy drinking or partying at home
* Responsible and trustworthy

We also have a lovely six-month-old kitten called Kazik, with another kitten joining us soon, so being a cat lover is definitely important! 🐱

Rent: £650 per month
Deposit: £500

We’re hoping to find someone who will fit naturally into the household and enjoy living in a calm, friendly and comfortable home.
