Single room available in a warm, welcoming and peaceful family home in Basingstoke.

We are a friendly couple living with our young daughter, and we are looking for a single lady/female tenant to rent our single room and share our family home.

We come from a Christian Asian family background and are looking for someone who is respectful, clean, tidy and comfortable living in a family environment.

We are non-smokers and do not have any pets, so we would preferably like a tenant who is also a non-smoker and does not have pets.

We are looking for a single female/lady who is clean, tidy, respectful and considerate. We would like someone who is happy living in a quiet family home and who will respect our family’s privacy and shared spaces.

You will be welcome to use the kitchen for cooking and enjoy the garden and other shared facilities. We are a friendly and approachable family and would like the person renting the room to feel comfortable and at home while also maintaining a respectful environment for everyone.

The property is located in Basingstoke, with transport facilities available for easy access to the town centre and surrounding areas.
