All bills (council tax, water, electric and gas) are included in the monthly rent including Talk Talk full fibre Broadband with a 37 inch television in the communal lounge.
No additional check in / check out fees or extra charges except charges for washing machine / and change for dryer meters. At this time both the meters are set to free.
Clothes can be dried in the airing cupboard upstairs or on the rotary airer outside in the garden (weather permitting).
All kitchen appliances are provided in a fully equipped kitchen.
There is a patio at the back garden, with garden furniture and a garage for bike storage. Parking for two cars in front of the house and on the driveway. Additional parking is available in the parking bays nearby. A weekly cleaning service of communal areas and garden maintenance is also provided.
The house is licensed to accommodate 7 tenants. There are six bedrooms in addition to the lounge, kitchen & three bathrooms. Presently there are 6 tenants.
Therefore room 5 can only be rented out to a single person. However guests are permitted occasionally.
