All bills (council tax, water, electric and gas) are included in the monthly rent including Talk Talk full fibre Broadband with a 37 inch television in the communal lounge.

Professional oven cleaning is done twice annually in February & August.

There is a patio at the back garden & rotary clothes drier & a garage for bike storage. Parking for two cars in front of the house and on the driveway.

Additional parking is available in the parking bays nearby. A weekly cleaning service of communal areas and garden maintenance is also provided.

The house is licensed to accommodate 7 tenants. There are six bedrooms in addition to the lounge, kitchen & three bathrooms. Presently there are 5 tenants.


Therefore room 2 can be rented out to a couple although it’s cosy :-) The additional cost to cover utilities etc is £120 so the room if rented to a couple would be £723.

Guests are permitted occasionally to stay over, (up to 5 nights in a two week period)
