We are looking for a friendly person to join us in our house.

It’s a respectful house in the past we all enjoy each other’s company, sometimes at meal times, we have a sit down and have a chat about our day, play the odd board game on a special occasion or visit an escape free watch a bit of TV on the sofa or have a talk during the evenings.

However, we also respect if people want their own personal time and space.

It’s a house of quiet professionals.

We can offer a spacious lounge area, two modern bathrooms, complete kitchen facilities, off road parking and a beautiful back garden. We are also lucky to have a weekly cleaner that we all contribute too.

Would suit young AWE Apprentice or a Newly qualified teachers, engineers or any other professionals.

Housemate 1 - A young at heart 37 year old, Enjoys art & design, yoga, relaxation, spa days, countryside pursuits polo/horses and the farm. Loves ski holiday 🎿 and sunshine.

House mate 2: Very Polite and courteous well educated 28 yr old male who works at a local government establishment in science and engineering. He’s quiet but friendly and likes to spend evenings on his computer or chatting to friends or studying science.

After you have viewed the room, if you like the house and would like to reserve a space you will be required to pay a holding deposit - As a retainer to secure rent on the room for 6 months or 1 year.


£500 damages deposit prior to moving in.
The Deposit is refunded and the end of the 6 or 12 month lodging.
