Separate sitting room with fireplace. Downstairs toilet. Bathroom and shower room on 1st floor. One of the rooms also has an ensuite so these are shared between 3. New boiler fitted so never out of hot water.

Rooms are over 3 floors so house has a lovely feel. Plenty of personal space as well as opportunity to socialise with other tenants.

All Bills included including internet. Parking permit not included.
Fantastic location with the house being a short 5 min walk to any part of town or the station.
