Cleaner normally comes 1 time a week to tidy.
Induction hob (I have induction pans - Don't worry)

dryer (Only really for use in winter - have a dehumidifier inside also)

Sociable, but not wanting regular loud parties around the house

Up for doing stuff together/being sociable when all in the house, but we don't do everything together so you must be able to live an independent life.
