Would be perfect for exchange students, as have hosted in the past.

The house has been refurbished throughout internally and is stylish/modern/cosy.

I enjoy cooking and hosting “sometimes” so there will be an element of socialising involved if you are interested.

As you can see, the place is fully furnished to a high specification.

All you need to do is to plug yourself right in.

The room has a foldable desk and chair if you wanted to work/study and a 32in Television(wall-mounted, with Chromecast and Terrestrial) if you wanted to work on two screens.

There is a condensing *dryer* in the kitchen to assist your laundry needs.
