You will be sharing with a professional couple. Who are friendly, sociable and easy to live with. They enjoy staying active through running and going to the gym, as well as walks, gardening and cooking.
Everyone also respects each other’s space making it a good balance between a social and independent household.
The house itself is spacious and well maintained, with a comfortable shared living room, a bathroom, and a kitchen equipped with all the usual amenities including a fridge freezer, dish washer, and washing machine/ dryer. There is also a lovely garden.
Rent is £650 a month including all bills. It's conveniently located within walking distance to co-op, bus stop on next road and a range of local shops and amenities.

Bus stop to University & Central Station U2C is on Lobelia Road which is less than a minute away.
