A lovely double room situated on a very quiet development but close to shops, amenities and the bus route.
A ten minute walk to the local shop or 20 minutes walk into the heart of Bishop’s Waltham, a lovely small town with a village feel and some excellent local shops.
The landlady is away most of the week so you would have the house to yourself much of the time.
The room has storage drawers, a large wardrobe, a new smart tv and small unit and chair. You would have sole use of the bathroom next door to the room. Shared modern kitchen, washing machine, drier, cooker, fridge etc.
There is a neat garden with comfy outdoor furniture.

There is an elderly cat in residence, the landlady requests that the tenant gives her a drop of medicine on a morning but she is no trouble.
