Must be a Dog lover

Hey, I have a house with 2 upstairs rooms available in Southampton for short or longer term let. Both double rooms, only one with ensuite loo and hand basin.
House to share with myself and my lovely clean dog.
I have a Vizsla, so dog lover is a must.
Female professionals/students /post grads preferred. Rent includes bills ie council tax, utility bills, broadband, wifi, washing machine, road parking, use of kitchen, lounge, and bathroom. Non smoking. Good energy, healthy vibe, Needs to be clean and tidy, ie clean up after themselves!!
Walkable distance to all local amenities, 3 gyms, pool, cafes, shops, local pubs, supermarket, post office, cash points, transport links and motorway nearby.
I am looking for 1-2 female(s) to share my house with me for a minimum of a month, no current maximum as open to discussion.

Rooms available ideally from 15 October. I month deposit and 1/2 month rent to end of October in advance. Then monthly rent due in advance on last day of each prior month (31 October payment for November etc)
I months notice either way at end of stay.
It may be possible to move in sooner than 15th Oct if required. (rent days for October will be adjusted as required )
I would prefer if you are quiet, respectful, friendly and sociable but also like your own space and respect others.
The neighbours are nice too!!!.
