Double room in recently refurbished house

One double room with a double bed. Bedding is provided and washed weekly. Parking and garage use within reason. Happy to discuss requirements. I have a cat and a 4 year old. He’s in bed by 7 and up as early as 6 without waking through the night unless unwell. Property has ample parking. And an enclosed back garden. Smokers welcome but outside Only. This is a family home so if you’re drinking every night and coming in late. This isn’t the property for you. Also zero drugs policy. (I’m only adding this as I’ve experienced both recently).
