Parking outside of house never a problem and quite safe . Bedroom currently has a double bed but can fit in a single bed if required or let unfurnished if required - so you can bring your own furniture if you prefer. Smoking is permitted in the street
Room is available straight away
Ideally looking for a professional, a sense of humour would be good but if you are quiet and would like to keep yourself to yourself, that is also welcome.
