If you are working in Southampton, Winchester, Fawley or the new Forest and would like a private annex base from which you can walk or cycle in the new forest before or after work this this could be a good bolt hole for you.

The en suite room has a king sized bed and a small sitting area with table, chair and Smart tv so you won’t miss your favourite shows.

The annex has its own car parking space at the front and it is just a few steps to your own private front door.

There is a small garden where you could have dinner or sit after a busy day at work.

The annex is located on the ground floor of the house in what used to be a music room for a Music teacher. It is in a private part of a large family home. Once parked in the drive you are just a few minutes walk from the open forest and miles of beautiful walks in the New Forest National Park.

There is a simple utility space with fridge, microwave, toaster and sink provided for simple food storage and assembly. Washing machine and dryer available

There is recently installed fibre broadband available on a ‘web’ system across the house and access is stable.

Bike Storage available. Forest access to hundreds of miles of off road cycling or walking is within a few minutes cycle.

The room is cleaned and sheets changed every two weeks (eight days stay). The bins are emptied weekly. Items such as toilet paper are provided.
