Quiet double room available for rent on a single occupancy, room only basis (no access to the kitchen or lounge facilities), Monday-Friday only.

Furnished with kingsize bed with a excellent quality mattress, John Lewis bed sheets and towels.

Room also includes: wifi, bedside tables, lamps, TV, tea and coffee facilities and mini fridge for milk, central heating, mirror. The room is also lockable and the rent includes utlity bills. Sheets and towels are washed and changed every other week and the room cleaned/bins emptied.

Private bathroom included consisting of a shower, bath, toilet and basin which is available for your use exclusively for the stay.

There is communal parking in the road on a first come first served basis plus additional roadside parking nearby

I have a labradoor who lives with me, she is very friendly

My property is an 8minute walk from Brockenhurst Station and is also near local bus stops. It is in a quiet location in a small Close. There are plenty of restaurants, pubs and cafes close to the property for breakfast and evening meals.
