A bright, comfortable room is becoming available in our relaxed 5‑bed home.

The house has fantastic communal areas, including:
• a cosy pub‑style dining space
• a fun games‑room‑inspired dining area

We’re in a great location — walking distance to a large Tesco and close to the M27 (Junction 8).

About the Room
We want the room to feel personal and comfortable for the right tenant, so we’re happy to furnish it to your taste. You can choose a chest of drawers and bedside table in a style you prefer, and we’ll provide them before move‑in. Ideally for long term tenants.

There is also extra storage available in another room for kitchen items, plus the option of a small personal fridge if you’d like one.
