The ideal housemate is someone who is happy person and friendly. We are interested in you if you also have other interests and is outgoing and just easy to go along with. I'm not able to accept non-working individuals or people working from home.

All bills inclusive at £650 per month payable in advance of moving in. The Deposit is 500 subject to reference.
