Friendly House, Ensuite Master Bedroom, Gardens

Hello!

I have a fairly large house in Chandlers Ford, in a very pretty neighbourhood, with large gardens and trees etc, long driveway (parking) and plenty of space and greenery.

I'm a chill person, well educated and enjoy to travel. It's always appreciated to have good vibes in the house and a bit of company. It's a big house, so easy to be sociable, or have space when needed. I am tidy and like an orderly, clean house etc, and I expect the same from a tenant.

In my opinion, in a shared house, the people have the potential to create something really special and a healthy, fun and easy home culture, rather than it be just a transaction. That's what I hope to find in a tenant :)

As a heads up, this will by no means be a party house or a vacancy open to regular visitors etc - I'm keen to find someone who is trustworthy, relaxed and professional.
