I’m offering the large master bedroom in my spacious, well-maintained home in Hiltingbury, in Chandler’s Ford.

The room is generously sized and fully furnished, with a super-king bed, good storage and plenty of space for a desk or additional furniture. It also has its own private en-suite shower room with a shower and basin, giving you considerably more privacy than a standard room in a shared house.

The house is in a quiet, green residential neighbourhood with a large garden, mature trees, a long driveway and plenty of off-road parking. It is well placed in the upmarket neighbourhood of Hiltingbury in Chandler’s Ford, near to both Southampton and Winchester, with convenient access to the motorway, local buses and the train station.

The shared areas include a very large, bright and comfortable living room, a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of space throughout the house. It feels like a proper detached home rather than a cramped rental property, with enough room to be sociable while still having your own privacy.

There are currently two other people living in the house, one male and one female. Both are quiet, respectful, considerate, and most important of all, clean and tidy.

I own the property and stay at the house for part of the year, while spending much of my time working and travelling. I keep the house well maintained and aim to provide a relaxed, straightforward and respectful living environment.

The room would suit a clean, trustworthy professional looking for a comfortable longer-term home. This is a peaceful household rather than a party house, so I’m looking for someone who is considerate about noise, cleanliness and shared spaces.
