Large Modern House, Double Bedroom + Bathroom

Hello!

I have a large house in a very pretty neighbourhood, with large gardens and trees etc, long driveway (parking) and plenty of space and greenery. Near to Southampton or Winchester, with easy access to the motorway, bus and train station.

The room available is the upstairs Bedroom with double bed and furnishings, and its own bathroom across the hall. I have many furnishings to choose from around the house - so if you want a deck, wardrobe, chest of drawers, etc, that's easy to add to the room. The other bedroom in the house is currently occupied as well.

As the landlord, I occasionally stay at the house when in the UK. I'm a chill person, well educated and enjoy to travel. It's always appreciated to have good, trustworthy people in the house. It's a big home, so easy to be sociable, or have space when needed. I am tidy and like a clean house etc, and I expect the same from a tenant.

The monthly rent is set at £800 for good reason; you get what you pay for - Lots of space (both interior and exterior), never more than 2 tenants, a very well maintained property and always clean, low tenant turn over, very safe and secure neighbourhood, multiple parking places, full modern kitchen, peace, quiet and greenery yet near to amenities, and if I do say so myself, and friendly, reasonable and transparent landlord with a supportive and solutions based mindset.

As a heads up, this will by no means be a party house or a vacancy open to regular visitors etc - I'm keen to find someone who is trustworthy, relaxed and professional.
