The house is in a peaceful, quiet location, surrounded by trees with easy access to several woodland walks. At the same time, Southampton and Romsey are easily accessible by car or bike. This would be an ideal place for healthcare workers at local hospitals, postgraduate researchers/staff at the university, or anyone else seeking a quiet, relaxed place to live.

You'd be living with me, Fi. I enjoy having a peaceful home and sharing my space with others, including my young adult daughters, who work/study elsewhere, and my partner, who lives elsewhere. I work for a local charity in Romsey, and in my spare time I enjoy gardening, interior design and occasional furniture restoration projects.
