I’m a friendly live‑in landlord, I like to rent out two rooms to professionals who are mindful , clean, tidy and value the space .It suits someone who appreciates a calm, quiet, clean, peaceful environment with a sense of privacy and tranquillity.

The 3 bed townhouse is tucked away in a quiet peaceful part of Chineham – its nestled in a quiet corner set in a peaceful copse tree area perfect for you if you’re looking for quietness, peace, and calm, living environment. It is perfect for relaxing in at the end of your workday.

It is on the edge of Chineham, and old Basing situated on a private road.

You can be as social as much or as little as you wish.

The kitchen is our social hub it has a breakfast bar for meals.

The living room is not shared as it’s used as my office. But it is sometimes used to share a social evening pizza and a chat etc

There is a small provision for a bike, storage of boxes/suitcases in the garage.

1 : The double room:

It has a very comfortable double size bed pocketed spring mattress which is a few years old. There is Fitted wardrobes with plenty of fitted shelfs. There is 2 bed side cupboards and a smart TV. The room is at the back of the house and shares the bathroom with one other room.

2 : The ensuite double.

It faces a copse full of trees and the odd squirrel and other wildlife to look out for from your window. The king size bed is very comfortable it has a pocketed spring mattress. There is plenty of storage in the fitted wardrobes, and there is a flat screen TV and a foldable desk. The room has a lovely outlook to the copse and is not overlooked by other houses.
