1 bed annexe with bathroom and Kitchen

Hello, we are a couple in our 30's and 40s who find ourselves. One of us teaches and the other works in the NHS. Our family have lived here since it was built but we now find ourselves with more space than we need.

We have a recently refurbished annexe available with it's own:

Double bedroom (currently with a single bed, chest of drawers and clothes rail)
Dining room with table and chairs.
Bathroom with heated rail, shower over bath, fan & heater.
Living room (with TV and wood burning stove, arm chair and table)
Kitchen - including gas hob, oven, fridge-freezer.
Gas central heating (combi-boiler, recently serviced) and your own washer-dryer.
Shared balcony and large garden - you are welcome to grow veg/flowers etc if you don't mind helping in the garden but it's not required!

Integrated fire and CO alarms throughout the house.

Secure storage available for a bicycle and your own off road parking spot.

Bills included - council tax, water, electric, gas, WiFi

We are a rural location but near the A3 so only 15min drive to Portsmouth or Emsworth. Bus stop and pub 10min drive away and we have Uber! Excellent walking and cycling right outside.

Nearest supermarket 10min, Coop, Premier post lockers etc 5min.

The annexe has it's own front door and its kitchen is linked to our kitchen via a sliding door.

We have inherited an affectionate cat and are looking for someone who is pet free and is happy to help feed her occasionally, help take in post and is willing to share the dishwasher!
